We coordinate with case managers to bill Workman’s Compensation plans directly.

We treat individuals with neurological conditions, including neurodegenerative conditions (e.g Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis), neurological events (e.g stroke), and neurological injury borne out of trauma including spinal cord injury and traumatic brain injury. We also specialize in return to sport for the injured athlete, and recovery from orthopedic and/or neurological injury after a motor vehicle accident or injury at work. As such, we are highly specialized treating athletes with multi-trauma, concussions/post concussion syndrome, and traumatic brain injury.

Most often, no! In the state of Michigan, direct access laws allow us to see most patients without a referral for up to 30 days, after which we will communicate with your physician of choice regarding you physical therapy plan of care. Our standard practice is to notify your physician of our plan of care immediately.

If giving more than 24 hours notice, you can change/cancel your appointments through your account on Janeapp. If the appointment is within 24 hours, please text us directly at 269-205-3395.
We understand that life happens; we don't charge fees for late cancellations or no-shows, but repeated late cancellations and no-shows may result in discharge from the clinic.

Our clinic is fully wheelchair accessible. There are four accessible parking spots in front of the clinic, and contains a ramp on the rightmost side of the strip mall in front of Mattress Mart.
